The prize is given annually to a writer whose work serves to &#8220;explain, promote and defend the principles of the free society.&#8221; I had also won it in 2007, and became the first person to win it twice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=D1QDZuqDcEQ&amp;feature=youtu.be\" data-rel=\"lightbox-video-0\" title=\"'Every political party in India is an enemy of freedom.'
